As you know, we had a major snafu early in our project, when the prefab fiberglass shower module that arrived did not fit down our basement stairs. Unfortunately, that misjudgment caused some frustration, as well as a delay on the project completion date. However, we really felt that you made every effort to correct the problem and come up with a fair solution. Ultimately, we are much happier with the look of an all tiled shower and are delighted with our final result! Thanks for everything!

Once Jean and I found out from Greg that Cream City Construction could redesign our kitchen, we started feeling good about moving forward with the project.
